ISRAEL – STAND AND DELIVER!

The State of Israel is not a political entity but part of a promise made by the ETERNAL to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses.

The events in the Middle East are not just current affairs – or events staged to fill up the television news – they are the unfolding, before our very eyes, of Scripture prophecy.

There can be no ‘land for peace’ solution. The land belongs to the ETERNAL it has been gifted to the Israelite people (not only Jewish people) and may not be given away.

This has been demonstrated in the fact that the land only flourishes when Israelite people live there otherwise it reverts to desert.

The Oslo Accord, which has now become the Oslo War, cannot deliver peace. It is an interesting sidelight to Norway’s position that all goods from Israel have to be specially marked. What happens next? Jewish people wearing a yellow star? Europeans have short memories!

The Oslo Accord has no relevance when compared to the Covenant put in place by the ETERNAL and reinforced at Sinai. The ETERNAL has even put in place exactly the right kind of opponent to Israel in Yasser Arafat.

This is a person who calls on a million martyrs (suicide bombers) to die in Jerusalem while pretending to espouse peace. A man with a blood soaked CV of terrorism, corruption and murder. A man of death.

The State of Israel needs a Torah observant leader who will publicly state that all of Judea, Samaria and Gaza belong to the Israelite people. ETERNAL gave it to them – and they intend to keep it. There is a place for a Palestinian state – it’s currently called Jordan, which was taken over illegally by the Hashemite people when they were chased out of Saudi Arabia. Palestinians are illegally occupying land in Israel which they will never own.

A Torah observant Israel will be a place of life. The Torah is the book of life. This is the only successful strategy against terrorism – life wins over death! America cannot and will not, in its current thinking, win a war against terrorism. A Torah observant America could. This is the life versus death struggle.

America wants to rely on power, money, hardware and stuff to wage a war of hearts and minds. The lessons of Vietnam have not been learned.

The State of Israel is being distracted by its relationship with America – the summons to the White House, the constant stream of travelling salesmen, the threats and promises. None of these offer a solution, they muddy the waters and play into the hands of the implacable foe – the people of death.

The Arafat people offer death – who has ever heard them offer a policy on health care, pensions, welfare, education, the arts or trade? Their religion offers a reward of attentive virgins in paradise, I don’t know what it offers female adherents, it is a way of death. Families of suicide bombers are paid rewards by philanthropists such as Saddam Hussein of Iraq, they are praised by their neighbours and clergy.

A Torah observant leader is needed now in Israel to claim the land in an unequivocal way. Nail the flag to the mast. Seek the security that obedience to the ETERNAL brings.

This should be our prayer program – that the ETERNAL will find an obedient, Torah observant and courageous leader for Israel really soon. A leader for life to stand against the people of death and do the will of the ETERNAL.
