Dearest RockinKid7,

Hatred? How say you? I think, more pity for all those millions, who in their mindless fidelity have wasted their reverence and the blood of the slaughtered souls beneath the altar. Discover the history of the ones you so quickly defend. Before you brandish the sword of it's spirit, know for what they stand.

A thousand heated slurs cannot dissuade one whispered word of wisdom just, as angry hate cannot inundate quiet love for hate is heavy in amplitude and love is a subtle melody.

Listen for the still, small voice, my friend,

I am sorry I sounded so aggressive and disrespectful.

A Christian is a person whose primary purpose in life is to know,
love, and serve Jesus Christ, the son of God made man.  This Common purpose
binds all Christians together on a real unity, in spite of our disagreements
about specific doctrines.
It is especially important today for Christians to realize that what
we have in common, our common Christian beliefs, heritage, and mission, is
much greater and more important than whatever divides us.  This perspective
is crucial today considering the awesome threats and challenges  posed  to
Christianity from the increasingly secularized world, from atheistic
philosophies, non-Christian religions, and other ideologies opposed to the
gospel of Jesus Christ.  It seems evident to me that one of the primary
strategies of Satan to defeat the gospel and cause of Jesus Christ in the
world is to divide Christians, to involve them in argumrnts among themselves
that divert their efforts and ayyention away from the great commission of
Jesus to "make disciples of all nations" (Mt 28:19).
Maybe I can write to you a series of letters to clarify the Catholic
understanding of certain Christian beliefs in order to promote unity among
Christians.   Catholics believe that their church and its teachings, while
not the only expression of Christianity, are genuinely Christian.

your brother in Christ,
Justin

Dear RockinKid 7 or Jason or Catholic Guy,

I read with interest your dissertation on Xtian cooperation. It may confound you to discover that this concept was quite foreign to the supposed founder of your church. He clearly stated that he came not to bring irene (peace) but division (a sword). Your very Hellenistic, neo-Platonic, humanistic, secular concept was extant in the world in his time. Universalism was anathema to any devout upholder of Judaism. This one you refer to as Jesus* was first of all a devout, law abiding, eldest son of a practicing Jewish family. He was no apostate, if he had been, he would not have been able to fulfill his Mashiyach anointing. To have violated the Mosaic law, even in the smallest tittle, his mission would have been in vain and he, like Adam, would have come under the penalty of eternal death. Under these conditions, he would be unable to intercede for anyone. Jason, please study the real story of the roots of our faith and you will come to some life changing truths.

*Jesus, a name he was never known by, in his lifetime. The evolution of this moniker, if reduced to it's root translates, "let it be zeus", closely parallels the evolution of the apostate church, known by this blasphemous name.
