The court will now consider what has now been duly titled 10 C.O.M.
Hmm, all this seems to be in order and relevant. We have here ten overriding precepts. I must assume then that 70% compliance would be a sure pass? ......No?...All or none at all? And not even 9 out of 10 is acceptable, that’s just not fair, I SAY, not fair... who am I, you ask? I am a MAN: I sit, the High Justice of the Court of Man; I, being Man, am the Lord of all the earth; I, as Man am he who has created, "justice for all". I know justice and this idea of "all or none at all", just does not meet muster. I hasten to remind you, we must temper judgment with reason and effect. There are always extenuating circumstances. When the people SPEAK, we listen. We must categorically reject your proposed Commandments, on the grounds of audacity and unrealistic criteria.
