A Point in Time
by YeriYah Wolf
The two men sat in contemplation.
Each clinging to opposing view.
Although they shared one single thought,
if put to word would say,
this opponent speaks so well of truth,
yet his head is calcified as lime.
My words are sure to fall on cold and solid stone.
If all my efforts be in vain.
I need to count the cost and weigh again,
then go to spend my substance well.
For all I have is
time.
