"Why hello stranger, ya’ got some more treats for me tonight?
Sure c’mon in. I’m in charge here. Don’t worry ‘bout nothin’, my Master’s off somewheres, for who knows how long.

Aw sure, I’m the guard dog here an’ I’m supposed to keep you out but, what the heck, I’m just a lonely ol’ dog, here by myself an’ my Masters middle name must be forgiveness. Sure, He gave me some simple rules to follow but He knows I’m just a dog an’ I’m sure he’ll forgive me if I break ‘em. You ask, what rules, I know every one of ‘em by heart.
1. I must respect and obey Him and Him only. If someone else, even me, opposes Him, I must not obey them. (So technically, I guess I’m bendin’ that rule.)
2. I cannot even envisage a Master who could be served other than Him.
3. I must have integrity toward His authority at all times.
(I can’t go off doing what I want to do an’ sayin’ He told me to do it.)
4. He expects me to live by His time. I am on duty when His clock says so an’ off when He says so. (I’m on duty now, might as well say I am in charge, so go ahead an’ sit down.)
5. Next, I must keep these laws and remember who is my Life-giver that my life would not be shortened. (Whatever that means.)
6. I must not murder. (I can hold at bay but I can’t jump the fence and hunt somebody down, ya’ know?)
7. I can’t mix what is pure with what is foul.
8. I may not ever allow taking, what is not given.
9. I must not accuse falsely.
( Can’t go out draggin’ somebody in here sayin’ they broke in.)
10. And I can’t desire the goodies that others may have to offer. (I can't go eatin' outta' somebody elses bowl. Yeah again, technically I suppose I’m bendin’ again, but He’s loving, kind, merciful an’ fair.)
See, how simple and neat? So c’mon in. I smell somethin’ good in the air. What’cha got in the sack, Friend? You say one bite’ll blow me away? I can hardly wait. That’s a nice van and those are shiny tools you got there.
