RIGHTEOUS RAGE
when must the lawful rise up for justice sake

     We set great stock in our institutions. We, of the western world take pride in our urbanity. We have come to think of the model as being without discrimination as to ethos or even, ethics. We have come to see a worship of Eirene (peace through compromise) as the very corner stone of our way of social/ political life. We have come to this honestly, if you can some how call a lie honest. We are the progeny of a culture steeped in mythic Grecian orthodoxy. What?, you may be saying, this is treasonous talk. How can anyone in there right mind question the foundation of western thought? This is the engine that powers our success, we have, by it, created the advanced civilization we enjoy today. This thinking, centered on calculated logic, analytical analysis, scientific record keeping and trial by error, where on the political level having an open hand to conciliatory appeasement to resolve all conflicting factors that have powerful advocacy can over come all disruptions and yield Blessed Eirene. After all didn’t the christ himself say ‘blessed is the peace maker’? By what authority do you question this system that has served us so well for these more than two millennia? You must take much care to hide his telling us he came not to bring peace but to bring a sword, you must cover carefully these seemly contradictions.

    The prophet foretold this was to be. The people would serve this foreign G-D and would wax great and strong in the face of the True Most High Mighty One. Their end would come quickly and without warning. They would be marrying and giving in marriage spending on lavish living and believing themselves wise. Yes these poor, naked, starving souls are quite sated and without good reason. For as they stand in mocking defiance to the expressed will of the only true law giver they find these vain gifts of the ill-gotten luxury are only simple compensation for expedient fornication. By redacting the words of life they reap their own destruction. By simultaneously holding conflicting opinions they skew their ability to reason, they become dull and unresponsive to objective reality. They attempt to harmonize where there is no harmony, to deduce but only succeed to construe.

    What has this to do with rage? The time for clear righteousness is now. The heathen has spoiled the Holy place, the desolating abomination is worshiped as a God. Good is called evil and evil good. Now just when do we defend His purpose, His authority, His honor, stand for His vengeance? If not now, when. If not here , where? There IS after all a time for every purpose. This is the time for righteous rage. Hear the call of the trump of war that good men, do heed.
